1. Inspect before signing: When your prints arrive, check the condition of the package before signing for it. Delivery companies often require a signature, so it's important to note any damage on the delivery receipt.
   Document the damage: If the package shows signs of damage, write a clear description of the damage (e.g., "torn box," "dented tube") on the delivery receipt before signing.
   This helps with replacements: Taking these steps will help ensure a smooth process if you need a replacement for a damaged print.
2. Before opening: Take pictures of the unopened delivery tube or box. Damage is should be visible on the packaging itself.
3. Document the damage: If you open the package and find a broken frame, teared poster, or any other issue, take clear pictures of the damage.
4. Contact us for a replacement: Email us with your order number (e.g., #Nam132) and attach the pictures you took to help@namiby.com
5. We'll review your request promptly and send you a replacement poster as soon as possible..
   

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your physical print, subject to the conditions outlined in our Terms of Service (TOS).
